In early 2025, our offices at 100 Campus Drive and 51 US Route 1 in Scarborough will be relocating to the vibrant Rock Row development in Westbrook at 11 Rock Row, Westbrook, ME 04092. Moving Date Updates
We understand that you may have questions about the exact moving date. As it stands now, we expect to begin seeing patients in February of 2025.
Scheduling Appointments
Our scheduling team will work with you to make sure that appointments that take place after January will be held at the new Rock Row location. If our opening date changes, we will work with you to modify the location as needed.
Patient Notifications
We will notify patients through multiple channels to ensure that everyone is well-informed. You can expect to receive notifications via email and mail. In addition, we will place prominent signage within our Scarborough offices to provide visual reminders of the upcoming move. Moreover, we are exploring the possibility of incorporating a ‘welcome message’ on our phone system for incoming calls to keep you updated.
Reminder Calls, Emails, and Texts
We understand that your time is valuable, and we want to ensure that you have all the information you need before your appointments. To further assist you, we will include updated location information in our reminder calls, emails, texts, website and social media channels. This will serve as an additional reminder prior to your first appointment at our new Westbrook location.
