Take Exit 3 for NH-33 toward Greenland/Portsmouth.
Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the ramp onto NH-33/ Greenland Rd.
Get in the left lane, and at the next light, turn left onto Sherburne Rd.
Turn right onto Greenland Rd, and bear left as it becomes Borthwick Avenue.
In 1/4 mile, turn left into the parking lot for 155 Borthwick Avenue. Park on the left side of the East building. Enter and take the East Elevator to the third floor.
FROM THE NORTH ON I-95:
Take Exit 3B for NH-33 toward Greenland/Portsmouth..
Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the ramp onto NH-33/ Greenland Rd.
At the third traffic light, turn left onto Sherburne Rd.

FROM THE WEST ON U S-4, OR THE NORTH ON NH-16/ SPAULDING TURNPIKE:
After US-4 merges with NH-16, continue south and bear left towards I-95 North and the Portsmouth traffic circle.
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto US-1 Bypass South/Lafayette Rd.
At the second traffic light, turn right onto Borthwick Avenue.
Continue past Portsmouth Regional Hospital to 155 Borthwick Avenue on your right. Park on the left side of the East building. Enter and take the East Elevator to the third floor.
